Quality management plays an important role in purchasing distribution brands. The products’ compliance with quality and safety requirements is assessed.

Safety has to be guaranteed by third parties and has to meet the quality standards. The products are tested by a certified laboratory.

BLOC’s quality system for distribution brands consists of 3 important cornerstones:

1. Inspection of suppliers: BLOC demands an inspection report ( BRC, IFS, ISO)
   
2. Prevention: analysis of random samples
   
3. Handling complaints: follow up consumer complaints
